During my final semester at Columbia, I was fortunate enough to be chosen as one of the designers for the school-wide magazine, Echo. Over the course of the semester I, along with my fellow designers, got to experience a working editorial environment. We worked with student editors that wrote pieces while we designed the layouts for them. There was much back and forth between editors and designers when it came to word cuts and finding the right aesthetic. This project taught me a lot about collaborating with other creatives and always being ready to adapt. To view the full magazine, click here.
